Day Three: Earth (Land & Minerals).
And God said, let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so. Genesis 1: 9 And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters he called Seas: and God saw that it was good. Genesis 1: 10 And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth, and it was so. Genesis 1: 11

Earth: Importance Of Minerals.
Our bodies are composed of and need daily the major, trace & ultra-trace minerals. There are over 86 different minerals that our bodies need in some form or another.

The land is polluted because of toxic waste from chemical and human sources.
The pH of soil is out of balance because of bad farming techniques & chemical fertilizers.   Vegetables, fruits & grains appear normal but lack the balance of necessary minerals. In the Bible it was predicted that the earth would become like iron. In many faming communities this is already a fact.  

Unnatural farming techniques using harsh chemical fertilizers have killed the micro-organisms like earthworms and bugs in the soil that create the correct amount of nitrogen and other things the plant needs.
They allow the minerals to be absorbed by the plant. Over planting and not letting the ground rest every seventh year has depleted most of the valuable nutrients. 

Earth: Food Provides Building Blocks
Too much highly processed food consumed on a daily basis is damaging to our cells. High cooking heat make fats & oils rancid. They contain dangerous free radicals that damage and destroy your cells.

Earth: Eating Is A Fine Art
Dark leafy vegetables containing chlorophyll are essential for correct digestion. Poor food combinations adversely affect digestion, absorption & elimination. Mixing proteins hinders digestion. Proper food comining is a definite strategy that optimizes your health.

Eating unclean animals defined in the bible has a negative impact on health. 
The bible warns us about eating blood or the meat of animals that are not kosher.
Eating specific foods at specific times during the day really improves your health.

Protein digests between 12 noon and 2 PM.
Certain environments & activities while eating improve the body’s digestion. Soft music like Mozart is beneficial. Beautiful scenery also aids digestion. God has given us everything we need to have abundant health here on earth.

Earth: Aromas Are Key To Eating Enjoyment & Good Digestion
The aroma of food contributes greatly to the pleasure of eating & digestion effectiveness. When you see and smell food, you anticipate eating and actually start salivating.

Chewing is what sets up our bio-computer in our brain to take the food that we are eating and activate the different stages of digestion.
There are specific phases where certain digestive enzymes and pHs are required throughout the entire digestive system. Studies were done showing that people that had a feeding tube in their stomach due to having an illness were dying at an unprecedented rate.  They received a mixture of high nutrient food that should have caused the patients to be healthy.

Unfortunately, they continued to get sicker and sicker.
The study went on for 6 years. Finally, a researcher discovered that it was extremely important that the person manually chew some of the mixture in their mouth while it was being pumped into their stomachs. Digestion first begins in the mind and in the mouth when the food mixes with the saliva. It activates the whole digestive process.

How many people have you come in contact with that have a particular body odor that offends?
Have you ever wondered why you smell the way that you do? I’m sure you’ve noticed after you eat a certain type of diet that all of a sudden your body odor completely changes.

Proper digestion of food is crucial to good health and high vitality. The nutrients you absorb determine your how you look and feel. The ability to eliminate toxins and food by-products is very important.

These deficiencies cannot be remedied until the depleted soils from which our foods come are brought into proper mineral balance.

The alarming fact is that the foods—fruits, vegetables and grain, now being raised on millions of acres of land that no longer contains enough of certain needed minerals, are starving us—no matter how much of them we eat!

Day Four: Light (Sun & Moon)
And God said, let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years. Genesis 1: 14  And God made two great lights; the greater to rule the day and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth, and to rule over the day and over the night… Genesis 1: 16-18

Light: Sun Critical For Good Health
Sunlight is extremely important to health. Most people have the mistaken belief that the sun causes skin cancer. People minimize exposure with multiple layers of clothing and sunscreens. Sunglasses prevent beneficial energies from improving our daily functioning & well-being. Sunlight is most valuable during the early morning and later afternoon.

Light: Sun Critical For Good Health
Sunlight necessary for Vitamin D formation. Vitamin D assists in utilization of calcium.  Sunlight carries trace minerals from the sea. Morning sunlight energizes the brain & central nervous system (7 colors of rainbow). The morning sun also stimulates pituitary gland. Evening sunlight calms and relaxes the body & prepares brain for sleep.

Light: Moon Reflects Sunlight
The moon lights the darkness of night and produces a calming effect. The moon controls the tides. The emotions seem to be related to the gravitational effect of the moon. Women’s monthly period closely follows the moon’s cycle.

Earth: Colors Impact Your Life 
Colors affect your emotions and attitude. People’s first impressions depend on the colors and combinations you wear. Colors have a powerful ability to activate healing processes & help maintain health. Changing colors often provides a variety and spice to life.

Day Five: Physical Life (Air & Sea)
And God said; Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven. Genesis 1: 20  And God created great whales and every living creature that moves, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw it was good. Genesis 1: 21

Sounds Have Physiological Effects
Birds are God’s living instruments that delight and inspire. Sound is a crucial part of communication between most land, air and sea creatures. Water sounds that come from running brooks and streams and ocean and sea waves soothe and calm. Weather sounds like wind, rain and thunder can alter our moods.

Day Six: Physical Life On The Earth
And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and everything that creeps upon the earth after his kind: and God saw it was good Genesis 1: 25 And God said, let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth. Genesis 1: 26 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air and over every living thing… Genesis 1: 27-28

When You Fight Or Run Your Body Changes Dramatically
Blood pressure increases. Blood surges to the brain, heart, lungs, legs and arms. Hands and feet became cold and clammy as the blood flooded the large muscles used for running and fighting.

Earth: Clothing Is Very Important
Cooling and warming the body is crucial. Synthetic can have an adverse effect on our biochemistry. Natural fibers are very strengthening. Combinations of natural materials and synthetic fibers have a surprising impact. They are very weakening when tested through muscle testing. Mixing animal & plant fibers is not beneficial. Loose comfortable clothing is more beneficial than tight form fitting clothes.

Day Seven: Rest From Labors
Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. And, on the seventh day God ended his work, which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work, which he had made. And, God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made. Genesis 2: 1-3
 
Suggestions for health!

Our lives are so filled with activities that there is no time for people to rest.
A prolonged imbalance in any area of life will eventually manifest itself in a form of pain and or dysfunction in the physical body. Unless good food choices and correct eating combinations are added to your life, abnormal cellular biochemistry results.

We become either too acidic or too alkaline. Keeping tract of your pH is an important part of the healing process and attaining a high level of health. Everything in your body is affected if your pH is off by even a small amount.

When you wake up in the morning, 3-5  minutes of deep breathing exercises is invaluable.
This is so important because more oxygen goes to your brain. The brain works better when it has as much oxygen as possible.

Drink 4 oz. of water with a ½ of a fresh squeezed lemon.
The lemon helps cleanse and make the system. Even though a lemon seems acidic, since it has citric acid, your body burns it up it becomes an alkaline ash and gives you the minerals you need to help deal with acids naturally created by the body.
 
Walking is a great exercise. 
Go  for a short walk. This exercises the lymphatic system. When we move our muscles this activity squeezes the lymph system. It helps the body remove toxins out of the body. 

A good idea is to have a high protein snack between breakfast and lunch.
This helps the body maintain proper glucose levels in the body. When it keeps your blood glucose level up, you don’t have to use up all your cortisol to keep the blood sugar at a correct level. A mid-morning snack also helps to insure that you probably won’t overeat at lunch.

If you have a meal where you mix acid and alkaline foods together, problems occur?
The acid and alkaline foods neutralize each other.  You don’t get any digestion at all. People that eat smaller meals and more often, like 6-8 meals a day, are healthier than if they eat 3 large meals.

Try to eat supper 3 hrs. before retiring.
It’s not a good idea to go to bed with a full stomach because the body has to work harder to digest the food and heal like it’s supposed to do.

Do deep breathing exercises again before retiring.
The body needs oxygen also to repair and heal itself.
